Job summary

Lawrence County Regional Chamber of Commerce - PA is seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. You will operate industrial embroidery machines, load garments, and follow design instructions to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities include color changes, minor machine adjustments, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace to meet daily goals. Training is available; both full-time and part-time positions are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating embroidery machines preferred, but training may be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial embroidery machines.
• Load garments, hoops, backing, and thread according to production specifications.
• Read and follow work orders and design instructions.
• Perform thread color changes and minor machine adjustments.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
