Job summary

Michaels in Tampa is seeking a customer-focused team member to help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will handle checkout procedures, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and participate in merchandise receiving, stocking, and planogram maintenance. Expect collaboration with team members and routine store upkeep.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise.
• Provide friendly assistance and solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and feedback channels.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms.
