Job summary

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; ensure cash handling accuracy.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store in-stock levels; support shrink and safety programs.
