Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Portland, OR is seeking friendly store associates to assist customers on the sales floor and at checkout, including early morning unload and merchandising tasks. You will read planograms, stock shelves, and help customers locate items while maintaining a fast, courteous checkout experience.

Responsibilities include accepting deliveries, completing truck unloading, supporting BOPIS and Ship From Store processes, and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise.
• Comfort with handling cash and operating a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor and at checkout with a fast, friendly service.
• Unload deliveries and merchandise, stock shelves, and follow planograms.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
