Job summary

Bright is hiring a Seasonal Full-Time Driver/Installer in Thousand Palms, CA to safely deliver, install, and pick up rental equipment at client locations. This hands-on role combines driving with loading, unloading, setup, and removal of event products.

Each shift starts at a Bright warehouse, coordinating with Dispatch and Field Operations to ensure on-time deliveries, proper handling, and installations that meet event requirements. Competitive pay plus a comprehensive benefits package awaits.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to safely operate vans/trucks up to 24 feet.
• Strong communication with Dispatch and clients.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work outdoors and at event sites in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and follow Bright policies.
• Execute delivery, pickup, and transfer routes on time.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report safety concerns.
• Load/unload equipment and protect products from damage.
• Install and dismantle event equipment per requirements.
• Coordinate with Dispatch regarding route progress and site conditions.
• Provide professional service at client locations.
• Follow safety procedures and proper equipment handling.
• Keep vehicles organized and return equipment and paperwork.
