Job summary

Bright Event Rentals is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Driver/Installer in Thousand Oaks, CA. This hands-on role combines driving responsibilities with loading, unloading, and installing event equipment at client locations, starting from the Bright warehouse.

You will work with Dispatch and Field Operations to ensure on-time delivery and proper setup for each event. The position requires a valid driver's license, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work early mornings,

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience operating commercial vans or box trucks is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles and follow Bright policies.
• Deliver, install, and pickup rental equipment on time.
• Load/unload equipment and protect products from damage.
• Set up and dismantle event equipment per site requirements.
• Communicate route progress and site conditions to Dispatch.
• Maintain organized vehicles and return items properly.
