Job summary

Bright Event Rentals LLC is hiring a Seasonal Full-Time Driver/Installer in Thousand Palms, CA. You will safely deliver, install, and pick up rental equipment at client locations, loading and unloading as needed and working with Dispatch and Field Ops.

The role requires driving duties, setup and dismantling of equipment, and maintaining safety and quality on site. Competitive pay and benefits are offered for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate commercial vans, pickups, flatbeds up to 24 ft.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Pass background and driving record checks.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work outdoors at event sites.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with policies.
• Complete delivery, pickup, and transfer routes on time.
• Load and unload rental equipment while protecting products.
• Install and dismantle event equipment (tables, chairs, lighting, tents, etc.).
• Confirm equipment quantities and event details before leaving the warehouse and site.
• Communicate with Dispatch regarding route progress and changes.
• Provide professional service at client locations.
