Job summary

The Door Attendant at Towne Park, LLC. provides exceptional hospitality by opening doors for guests, assisting with transportation to off-site locations, and delivering information about local attractions.

You will greet guests professionally, ensure a friendly experience, and support guests with directions, taxis, and reservations. The role requires willingness to work standard shifts, maintain a courteous demeanor, and comply with safety and accessibility requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
• Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.
• If providing valet or shuttle services, may be subject to additional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Greet guests within five feet and use guests' last names when engaging.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and assist with transportation if needed.
• Provide directions, taxi information, reservations, and information about the facility and local attractions.
• Deliver messages and guest amenities as requested.
