Qualifications

• Previous server or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders promptly with correct presentation and temperature.
• Know menu items, daily specials, and promotions; upsell when appropriate.
• Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and banquet service as needed.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
