Job summary

Talking Stick Golf Club is seeking friendly, professional Servers to join the Food & Beverage team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining experiences, greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a passion for hospitality. Seasonal evenings, weekends, and holidays required; tips and perks accompany a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• Previous server or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs.
• Current Arizona Food Handler’s Card and Title 4 Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Upsell and make menu suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem-solving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and banquet service as needed.
