Job summary

Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Beverage Server (PT/FT) to provide friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced dining and nightlife environment. You will take orders, serve beverages, assist with room service as needed, and maintain cleanliness of the beverage area.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, prior serving experience, knowledge of AZ liquor laws, and be able to work graveyard shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior serving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Arizona liquor laws Title 4 required.
• Must have working knowledge of electronic POS systems.
• Food and Beverage Servers must be at least 19 to serve alcohol with meals; 21 for cocktail/pool service.
• Must possess a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card; Arizona Alcohol Awareness certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menu, answer questions and make beverage recommendations.
• Take orders, relay to kitchen/bar, and serve beverages and meals as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage areas and service stations.
• Ensure PCI compliance and proper handling of guest payment data.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork, including weekends/holidays.
