Job summary

Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal part-time Server Assistant. This role offers a path to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.

As a Server Assistant you will support Food & Beverage servers, assist with dining service, clear and reset tables, and help with event setup and breakdown. Staff meals are provided; scholarship opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• No experience required for this seasonal position.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist servers in dining experience, filling waters and table setup.
• Clear and reset tables throughout meals.
• Prepare service items for each shift (polish glasses and silverware).
• Assist in event setup and breakdown.
