Job summary

Polaris Inc. seeks a Dealer Development Specialist - Seasonal to grow and optimize our seasonal dealer network.

You will execute development strategies, onboarding, and policy coordination across field sales, legal, product lines, Polaris Acceptance, marketing, service, and Channel teams. You will analyze dealer and market data to propose practical actions, monitor dealer health, and support annual Dealer Agreement updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years in channel development, sales, account management, or project management.
Strong PM, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and multi‑project management.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for varied audiences.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with CRM or dealer management systems preferred.
Dealer, automotive, powersports, channel, or retail network experience preferred.
Hybrid work model and up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

Execute Seasonal dealer development activities including additions, recruitment, activation, onboarding, and network optimization.
Coordinate policy requirements, stage gates, timelines, and implementation with multiple teams.
Support dealer readiness activities such as system access, training, branding, and onboarding.
Analyze dealer, market, and financial information to develop Seasonal network recommendations.
Monitor dealer health and identify retail, credit, or business risks for follow‑up.
Support annual Dealer Agreement processes and Seasonal policy updates, including standards and credit lines.
Prepare dashboards, updates, and communications for leadership and partners.
