Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Non-Technical Dealer Support Representative to partner with Polaris dealers, guiding them through products, systems, and programs.

You will share dealer insights with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes, while building rapport across dealership personnel. You will navigate inquiries with urgency, document resolutions, and help improve dealer sentiment and owner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of B2B or B2C experience.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual preferred.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Office, SharePoint, CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Polaris dealers to understand needs and deliver solutions across products and programs.
• Manage dealer contacts with urgency and outline next steps and timelines.
• Facilitate research, problem solving, and dispute resolution between dealers and internal teams.
• Leverage Polaris systems and vendor resources to identify solutions and meet performance metrics.
• Coach dealership personnel to support productivity and customer experience.
• Serve as SME for assigned systems or product lines and contribute to documentation.
• Propose approaches to improve dealer sentiment and owner satisfaction.
