Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Non-Technical Dealer Support Representative to partner with Polaris dealers, guiding them through products, systems, and programs. You will capture dealer needs, route them to the right teams, and help improve processes and decision-making while building rapport across dealership personnel.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement, share insights, and support initiatives that enhance dealer sentiment and owner satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of B2B or B2C experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to balance complex situations and drive outcomes.
• Ability to prioritize, manage details, and follow through on commitments.
• Strong verbal and written communication; tailor messages to audiences.
• Bilingual in Spanish or French preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Office Suite, SharePoint; CRM/Showcase/AS400 a plus.
• Powersports or automotive dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Polaris dealers to understand needs and deliver solutions across products, systems, and programs.
• Manage each dealer contact with urgency, outlining next steps and resolution timelines.
• Facilitate research, problem solving, and dispute resolution between dealers and internal teams.
• Utilize Polaris systems, tools, and vendor resources to identify solutions and meet performance metrics.
• Coaching dealership personnel to support productivity, profitability, and customer experience.
• Act as an SME for assigned systems/product lines and contribute to process documentation.
• Develop and propose new approaches to improve dealer sentiment and owner satisfaction.
