Job summary

The Memoir Agency in Orlando is seeking an Assistant Customer Experience Manager to support daily customer service, ticketing, box office, and guest experience operations. This seasonal role begins around October 5 and ends around January 8, with on-site work during events and remote pre-production.

You will help train staff, ensure service standards, and support CRM, ticketing, and communications workflows to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, guest experience, hospitality, events, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar platforms preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels and ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as secondary escalation point for complex guest concerns and service recovery.
• Support ticketing and box office operations, including pricing updates and event configuration.
• Assist with training, quality assurance, and knowledge base maintenance.
• Monitor interactions to identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Support event operations, guest accommodations, and post-event review processes.
• Lead front-line staff during assigned shifts in the absence of the manager.
