The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Seasonal Service Team Member in Hiram, GA. You’ll help customers shop, provide fast checkout, and ensure a well-stocked store through unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram execution.

You may be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling/production; the role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift heavy boxes. Night and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle light to moderate lifting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
