Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Representative in Stuart, FL to deliver friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process. The role runs November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Full-time seasonal position requiring weekend availability and adherence to schedule. Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining terms and options, answering reservations and inquiries, and assisting with vehicle returns and maintenance

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Able to work Sundays through Saturdays as required by schedule.
• Willing to accept $17.50/hour.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and upsell options.
• Assist with directions and local information for customers.
• Answer calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-ups as assigned.
• Assist to assess rental condition upon return.
• Notify management of known customer or vehicle issues.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored development.

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027. This pay for this position is $17.50/hour. This position is located at 1991 SE Federal Hwym Stuart, FL 34994. THIS IS A FULL TIME SEASONAL POSITION. Apart from religious observations, must be available to work one of the schedule below

• Sunday: 8:00am-4:00pm
• Monday: 9:00am-6:00pm
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be willing to accept $17.50/hour
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Apart from religious observation, must be willing to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to work available schedule of Sunday: 8:00am-4:00pm
