Job summary

National Car Rental in Miami is seeking a Seasonal Greeter to deliver friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process. The position runs November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 and offers a full-time seasonal schedule (40 hours per week) at $18 per hour.

You will welcome customers, guide them through the rental flow, and assist with directions and questions. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Able to understand, read, write and speak English.
• Willing to accept $18/hour.
• Apart from religious observations, must be available to work listed schedule.
• Must be able to work November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
• Interested candidates should have flexible work availability and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist with directions and maps.
• Direct customers to exit booth and provide return directions when applicable.
• Assist members with questions to minimize counter visits.
• Notify management of any customer service issues.
• Ensure hangtag information is completed correctly.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicle fleet areas and Emerald Aisle.
• Thank customers for their business and provide upgraded vehicle options when available.
• Perform other customer service duties as needed.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Greeter. The Seasonal Greeter will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027. $18/ hour. 3900 NW 25th Street Miami, FL 33142. THIS IS A FULL TIME SEASONAL POSITION (40 hours per week). Apart from religious observations, must be available to work the schedule below.

Schedule A:TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY: OFF , THURSDAY-MONDAY: 7am - 3:30pm

Schedule B:THURSDAY/FRIDAY: OFF , SATURDAY -WEDNESDAY : 3pm - 11:30pm

Schedule C:SUNDAY/MONDAY: OFF, TUESDAY-SATURDAY: 4pm - 12:30am

Schedule D:TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY: OFF , THURSDAY-MONDAY: 3pm - 11:30pm

Responsibilities

• Work proactively with drivers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply.
• Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot.
• Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable.
• Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits.
• Communicate customer service issues to management.
• Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly.
• Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements.
• Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness.
• Thank member for their business.
• Provide upgraded vehicles on request.
• Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers.
