Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Representative in Boca Raton, FL. The role offers $17.50/hour and is part-time seasonal, running from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. Location is 19575 S State Rd 7, Boca Raton, FL 33498.

Schedule includes weekdays with some weekend/holiday work. The position requires customer service or sales experience, 18+, a valid driver's license, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be willing to accept $17.50/hour.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Apart from religious observation, must be willing to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to work available schedule.
• This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment.
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors.
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Notify Management of any known customer problems.
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance.
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training.

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.

This pay for this position is $17.50/hour

This position is located at 19575 S State Rd 7, Boca Raton, FL 33498

THIS IS A PART TIME SEASONAL POSITION.

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work one of the schedule below

• Monday 7:30AM-6:00PM
• Tuesday 8:00AM-12:00PM
• Wednesday OFF
• Thursday 8:00AM-12:00PM
• Friday 7:30AM-6PM
• Saturday OFF
• Sunday OFF
