Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Willing to accept $17.50/hour.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to work any day including weekends and holidays, apart from religious observance.
• Willing to work available schedule.
• Seasonal position starting no earlier than Nov 1, 2026 and ending by Apr 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and other services including protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
• Offer directions, maps, and local information to assist customers.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, quotes, general questions, and issue resolution with customers, branches, and vendors.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and other tasks as assigned.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Notify Management of customer or vehicle issues and maintenance needs.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored classroom training.

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative.The Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.

This pay for this position is $17.50/hour

• Monday 7:30AM-6:00PM
• Tuesday OFF
• Wednesday 8:00AM-1:00PM
• Thursday OFF
• Friday 8:00AM-1:00PM
• Saturday 9:00AM-4:00PM
• Sunday OFF

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
