Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Representative in the West Sunrise, Weston, and Lauderdale Lakes areas of Florida. The role offers $19/hour and seasonal employment from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.

You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and upsell optional products while delivering friendly service. Shifts run Monday to Friday with alternating weekends off, and occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. The Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.

This pay for this position is $19/hour.

This role is specifically for the West Sunrise, Weston, and Lauderdale Lakes.

• Wednesday 9:00AM-5:00PM
• Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Saturday OFF
• Sunday OFF
• Alternating weekends On/Off

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be willing to accept $19/hour
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Apart from religious observation, must be willing to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to work available schedule
• This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.
