Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a customer-focused associate for a seasonal role in the Pompano Beach area and nearby Fort Lauderdale locations. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and help with upgrades and services while maintaining a friendly and efficient atmosphere.

The role requires 18+, a HS diploma or GED, and at least two years of customer service or sales experience. Expect a fixed schedule across Mon–Sun with alternating weekends, and a pay rate of $19 per hour for the

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and service options.
• Offer directions, maps, and local area information to customers.
• Answer phone calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous requests.
• Assist to assess rental condition upon return; report vehicle issues to management.
• Continue on-the-job training and participate in company-sponsored training.

This pay for this position is $19/hour

This role is specifically for the Pompano, North Lauderdale, and Dt Fort Lauderdale.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assignedPlace outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training

Qualifications
