You will also handle truck unloads, stocking, and planograms, contributing to a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are expected, with a focus on rewards enrollment and store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and assist customers with purchases.
• Help customers locate products and offer solutions.
• Unloading trucks and stocking merchandise; maintain stock and planograms.
• Support store recovery, signage, and in-stock levels to meet brand standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
