Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, answer questions, and provide solutions.
• Willingness to engage in omni‑channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Promote rewards and private label credit card enrollments.
• Assist with store recovery, merchandising, and planogram processes.
• Support omnichannel programs and stock availability in-store.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment and follow SOPs.
