Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers, manage checkout, and keep the floor stocked and organized. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Responsible for unloading trucks, stocking, and supporting in-store initiatives while delivering a positive shopping experience. Weekend and early morning shifts are common. The position is part-time and pays hourly.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility with hours including nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms and store recovery standards.
• Support Omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
