Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Seabrook, NH is seeking a Seasonal Retail Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks and stocking merchandise, maintain planograms, and support store recovery to uphold our brand standards.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Able to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Public retail store environment; climate controlled.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading and merchandise stocking; maintain planograms.
• Support store recovery and merchandise presentation to uphold brand standards.
• Perform in-stock and display setup duties; participate in SISO and AD set activities.
