Job summary

Reformation is seeking seasonal part-time Brand Concierge roles in the United States. Earn $17.60–$18.65 per hour, with 8–29 hours weekly and occasional weekend shifts.

You’ll deliver outstanding service across channels, act as a stylist and personal assistant for customers, and help with shipping, returns, and product feedback. Eligible employees receive benefits, competitive PTO, and opportunities for growth.

• Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently magical customer service across all customer service channels.

• Meet and exceed performance goals and timelines.
• Wear multiple hats (stylist, friend, personal assistant) to help customers shop.
• Know shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures inside out.
