Job summary

Reformation is seeking seasonal customer service representatives to provide magical support across channels and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will wear many hats while helping customers shop, and you will collaborate with Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development to share feedback and improve processes.

Moderate to high pace with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle multiple channels (email, text, chat).
• Clearly communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain organization and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently magical customer service across all customer service channels.
