Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and connect them with associates based on their needs.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and follow up on customer requests.
• Connect customers with management to resolve escalated issues.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences with Operations and store managers.
• Introduce customers to services such as alterations, personalization, and delivery options.
