Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, customer‑focused service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train new hires on POS and store systems.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and resolve returns, purchases, and inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and store systems.
• Assist with order pickup and inventory accuracy.
• Mentor new associates on register operations.
