Job summary

Macy's is looking for a Seasonal Champion to create a welcoming, energetic, customer-focused environment during peak seasons. You will lead by example, support peers, and drive service culture across channels, helping maintain a clean and inspiring store.

Expect to share product knowledge, assist customers, train new colleagues, and back store operations with enthusiasm and adaptability. Full-time colleagues typically work 30+ hours weekly; weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership required to supervise and guide peers on a busy sales floor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail in daily tasks, reports, and goals.
• Ability to collaborate with store leadership to address challenges.

Responsibilities
