Job summary

The Michaels Lancaster store is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance while supporting checkout standards and rewards enrollments.

Responsibilities include engaging customers with our rewards program, assisting with omni-channel processes, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram activities
• Complete merchandise recovery and in-stock maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates
