Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Williamsport, PA is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, efficient checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, shelf replenishment, and store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Responsibilities include cash handling, enrolling customers in the Rewards program, and supporting omnichannel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain in-store stock and planograms.
• Execute cash handling to standards and ensure fast checkout experience.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support store recovery, safety programs and SOP compliance.
