Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the MENIFEE store for a store team member to assist customers, process transactions, and support omni-channel services. You will help shoppers locate products, explain rewards enrollments, and maintain a clean, in-stock store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; manage returns/go-backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; project a positive image and be a role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
