Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and services.
• Upsell protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other services.
• Assist with reservations, rate quotes, questions and returns.
• Coordinate callbacks and follow-up as needed.
• Ensure proper inspection and return of rental vehicles.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
