Michaels is seeking store team members to help customers, stock shelves, and manage checkout at our Tulsa, OK location. The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and efficient cash handling as part of daily store operations.

You will support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS), participate in truck unloading, and ensure shelves are well-merchandised. Training covers safety, SOPs, and policy adherence while promoting Michaels’ rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise.

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
