Michaels Stores Tulsa-W 71st St location is seeking a seasonal team member to deliver friendly customer service and a smooth checkout experience. You will help customers find products, process payments, and engage with rewards programs.

Responsibilities include stocking, truck unload, planograms, and ensuring shelves are in-stock. The role supports Omni channel processes and store recovery efforts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and store recovery to keep in-stock shelves
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally and be a role model for team members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
