Job summary

Treasury Wine Estates’ Beringer winery is seeking a Seasonal Culinary Assistant to support kitchen production, cheese and charcuterie prep, dishwashing, and delivery of culinary items to various sites. You’ll assist with Hudson House duties and help maintain guest service standards.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of kitchen operations, wine tastings, and food–wine pairings, with 1+ year food-handler certification and strong communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus, and

Qualifications

Knowledge of kitchen prep, pantry, and culinary methods.
Knowledge of wines, tastings, and wine pairings.
Californian Food Handler Card or Serve-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with cheese and charcuterie plating and dish station setup.
Support kitchen production and inventory alongside Culinary Team.
Assist with events setup and breakdown, including glassware and tables.
Collaborate on menu ideas and wine pairings with the team.
Ensure food production meets standards and assist front/back of house as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen and Hudson House duties.
Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing of food and supplies.
