Job summary

DFTBA is hiring our seasonal staff! We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent written communication who can help our customers during our busiest season. This position is 9-5, M-F though hours may vary.

Based in Missoula, MT, you will sort emails, respond to tickets, work with CS and Warehouse to resolve order issues, set up reshipments for lost or damaged orders, and answer questions about products and store policies to keep customers happy.

Responsibilities

• Sort incoming emails by priority and ticket type.
• Respond to customer service tickets via email.
• Collaborate with CS and Warehouse to resolve order issues.
• Arrange order reshipment and replacements for lost/damaged orders.
• Answer questions about products, shipping, and store policies.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
