DFTBA is hiring our seasonal staff! We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent written communication skills who can help our customers during our busiest season! This position is 9-5, M-F though the hours may vary a bit depending on business levels.

DFTBA is a Seasonal Customer Service Representative in Missoula, MT. You will prioritize tickets, respond to emails, coordinate with CS and Warehouse teams, and ensure customers are happy.

Responsibilities

• Sort incoming emails based on priority level and type of ticket.
• Respond to customer service tickets via email.
• Work with CS and Warehouse teams to resolve issues with orders.
• Set up order reshipment and replacements for lost or damaged orders.
• Answer customer questions about products, shipping, and store policies.
