Job summary

DFTBA is hiring our seasonal staff! We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent written communication who can help our customers during our busiest season. This position is 9-5, M-F though hours may vary.

Based in Missoula, MT, you will sort emails, respond to tickets, work with CS and Warehouse to resolve order issues, set up reshipments for lost or damaged orders, and answer questions about products and store policies to keep customers happy.

About the role

We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent written communication skills who can help our customers during our busiest season! This position is 9-5, M-F though the hours may vary a bit depending on business levels.

What you'll do

• Sort incoming emails based on priority level and type of ticket;


• Respond to customer service tickets via email;


• Work with our CS and Warehouse teams to resolve issues with orders;


• Set up order reshipment and replacements for lost or damaged orders;


• Answer customer questions about products, shipping, and store policies;


• All while keeping our customers happy!

More details about the position:

• Job Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative


• Fixed Seasonal Term: The Season is expected to run October 20, 2026 through estimated January 15, 2027 (but end date is variable and not to exceed 6-months)


• Status: Seasonal, Full-time, non-exempt


• Benefits Provided: Health, dental and vision insurance; paid vacation and sick time; and paid holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day)


• Reports to: Director of Customer Service


• Supervisory Position: No


• Location: Missoula, MT


• Hourly Wage: $22.00


• Ideal start date: Tuesday, October 20, 2026
