Job summary

DFTBA Records, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to support customers during our busiest season in Missoula, MT. The role focuses on email-based support, prioritizing tickets, and coordinating with the CS/Warehouse teams to resolve issues.

The position runs Oct 20, 2026 through approx. Jan 15, 2027 (up to 6 months) with typical hours peaking in October and December; includes benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays. $22.00 per hour.

About the role

DFTBA is hiring our seasonal staff!

We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent written communication skills who can help our customers during our busiest season! Our core business hours are 9-5, M-F. This position is a variable hour position, likely 40 hours/week during October for training, December and possibly into January for our busiest time of year. November will likely be about 20 hours a week.

What you'll do

• Sort incoming emails based on priority level and type of ticket;


• Respond to customer service tickets via email;


• Work with our CS and Warehouse teams to resolve issues with orders;


• Set up order reshipment and replacements for lost or damaged orders;


• Answer customer questions about products, shipping, and store policies;
