Holiday Hills Resort in Branson, MO is hiring for a grill/kitchen role. The position will be responsible for the daily preparation of all basic bulk food products according to company specifications, ensuring quality and timely service.

Shifts occur on weekends and holidays with days off during the week. Seasonal end date is January 3, 2027, and typical grille hours are 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, with potential extended hours for events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Cooking experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Read orders and prepare/cook food as per recipes and instructions.
• Wash, cut and prep foods; stock workstations.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Coordinate cooking times with managers using daily menus.
