Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items across concessions, banquets, track kitchen and a la carte operations.
• Follow standardized recipes, plating guides, and food safety protocols.
• Assist with setup, service, breakdown and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and licensing standards (e.g. Fayette County Food Handlers License or ServSafe).
• Work as part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced, high-volume event setting.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
