Job summary

Keeneland is seeking a Seasonal Special Event Associate to support planning, coordination and execution of events during the seasonal race meet and peak periods. You will serve as a primary contact for assigned events and deliver exceptional guest experiences across Keeneland Hospitality and related teams.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and race days at various event locations, acting as a liaison between clients, guests and Keeneland staff to ensure world-class events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-facing skills required.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Keeneland representative for assigned groups and events during the race meet.
• Act as liaison between clients, guests and Keeneland Hospitality team.
• Assist with managing catering orders and event details for assigned spaces.
• Greet and assist patrons, ensuring a welcoming Keeneland experience.
• Identify opportunities to educate guests about racing and Keeneland to grow fans.
