Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring for a FT Seasonal Cook in Odessa, FL. You will prepare quick-service items, assist with kitchen safety and sanitation, and deliver fast, friendly service across our resort kitchens.

The role emphasizes preparing burgers, sandwiches, and snacks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick-service or food service environments.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Certification in food safety or ServSafe preferred.
• Good time management and teamwork.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items using grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
• Rotate stock and restock condiments and supplies to minimize waste.
• Greet guests, take and fulfill orders, and provide friendly service.
• Keep cooking and prep areas clean throughout the shift.
