Qualifications

• Experienced line cook capable of fast service in a club kitchen.

• Strong organization and daily prep-list adherence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of items per standard recipes.
• Coordinate timing of orders with kitchen stations.
• Review daily prep lists and take inventory.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Follow kitchen closing checklist and end-of-shift duties.
