Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries via phone and email with excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of in-kind donations and supplies.
  • Manage warehouse operations, transportation, and distribution processes.
  • Maintain databases and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate coat deliveries and distribution with partners and community orgs.
  • Staff sorting and distribution volunteer events in the warehouse 2–3 times weekly.
