New York Cares is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Associate to support the coat drive season by accurately counting, sorting, storing, and preparing donated items for distribution to community partners across NYC. You will unload and stage donations, track inventory, collaborate with staff and volunteers, and maintain safety while lifting up to 40 lbs.
Shifts may include weekends or holidays, and prior warehouse or nonprofit experience is a plus; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are helpful.

The New York Cares Signature Partnerships & Events (SPE) department is the partnerships and event management team of the Programs division. Frequently on the ground, the department executes volunteer events with excellence, ensuring participants have the best possible service experience in every New York Cares project or event. SPE ensures that our projects and annual events follow volunteer engagement and programmatic best practices, and that all logistics are effectively managed. We build strong relationships with corporate and community partners by consistently stewarding those relationships.
